- Terms
- VMW Tours charter first class, reputable, safe, luxurious motorcoaches for all tours.
- VMW Guided Tours provides step-on guide services in conjunction with licensed
motor coach companies.
- VMW Guided Tours assume no responsibility for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident or delay to person and property due to any act of default and omission on the part of any company or person engaged in providing transportation, restaurant services, tour attractions or sites, or any other person rendering services included in tour package.
- All tours originate and depart from a designated location in downtown Hampton, Virginia unless by prior arrangement.
- The VMW Guided Tour begins with the boarding of the carrier vehicle at a designated site. All tourist should arrive at least
15 to 30 minutes before scheduled departure time, as tours will start promptly at their designated times.
- Early arrival, however, does not necessarily guarantee immediate boarding, (except for inclement weather), of the
motor coach as the VMW Staff must load equipment and ready the coach for the scheduled departure time.
