Important Information

Because of demand, VMW Guided Tours must book trips well in advance in order to ensure availability.

Cancellation and referral policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a guaranteed tour date. In case of emergencies, customers may reschedule a tour without loss of deposit provided cancellation notice is received at least 7 days in advance.

Rates: One day trips in and around Virginia. VMW will customize trips for your specific needs and interests. Please call for details and rates based on a minimum reservation of 30 persons per tour. Tours begin at a site in downtown Hampton, Virginia only. All tourists should arrive at least 15 minutes before scheduled departure time. Tours buses will depart promptly at the designated times. Guides will not wait for arrival of inbound buses or individual participants requesting our service for a period exceeding 20 minutes of schedule tour.

Responsibility: VMW Guided Tours acts solely as an agent on behalf of its tour customers in making arrangements for guided motorized, narrated, sightseeing tours.

VMW Guided Tours provides step-on guide service in conjunction with licensed motor coach companies. VMW Guided Tours assumes no responsibility for any injury, damage, death, loss, accident, or delay to person and property due to any act of default and omission on the part of any company or person engaged in providing transportation, restaurants, tour attractions and site, or any other persons rendering services included in the tour package.
